Missionary Letter:

Dear Pastors and Friends,

Thank you so much for our new chairs in Bonkwai. We got something like pews (seats 5) instead of the plastic chairs or benches. We did not get the plastic chairs because I as afraid our people would 'borrow' them and they would get broken or go 'walking'. Our chairs, thanks to you, are very nice and everyone is very happy with them.

Pastor Atta had them make a sample for us, we made a few changes and now we have 28 fine 'chairs'. That is what they call them. they made 10 first so for acouple weeks we have been using them. The day before Good Friday we got the rest of them so we had plenty of room for our people and visitors with the new 'chairs' and our benches, and 10 plastic chairs. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

On good Friday we had a little over 100 adults and 184 children. Praise the Lord! On Easter there were a little over 200 adults and about 340 children. The younger children had 97 on the veranda and I had the rest in a 16' by 20' room. They had to sit on top of each other, stand, or sit on the floor. It was definitely very crowded. No one could move or breathe. Isn't the Lord wonderful! Even I survived, though I slept when I finally got home for about an hour.

The Lord truly protects His children. In a matter of 3 or 4 minutes after leaving the church a deadly accident happened on the curve in Agosa. I had just past there when it happened. The bus filled withour people arrived at that spot just after it happened. Either I or the bus could hve been involved in the accident. Praise the Lord!

Pastor Atta was still at the church talking to the man (a 7 th Day Adventist) who sold us the land for the church. He was on his way to his farm and told pastor his wife was no long going to their church and asked pastor to visit her and ask her to come to Calvary. Great!

On Tuesday, we visited her, presented the gospel, she prayed to receive God's free gift of eternal life through the Lord Jesus, and has promised to come to church. the Lord is good.

People are being saved here, both adults, and children and youth. The Lord is doing a great work among His servants. Thank you for your support and pryers.

Together We Serve the Risen Savior
